Now define your username for the future login of your account. Since the login must be unique, we recommend that you use your email address as the login. However, you can also use any other string. If a login already exists, you will receive a corresponding error message. Then you have to use another login.

When setting your personal password, please make sure that your password has at least 8 characters and contains a capital letter, a number and a special character ('.' '!' '?' or similar). Spaces are not allowed neither for the login nor for the password!!!

Please note that usually your host will give you the bonus points on the day of your departure. Just ask at the reception of your accommodation. If you have forgotten to ask or the credit has not been booked a few days after departure, please use this form to request your loyalty points retrospectively. Please enter here the data of the accommodation for which you would like to request the loyalty points.

Your host will then be notified and can credit you with the bonus points by a simple confirmation.
